CardLab, Inc. Launches CardLab Enterprise Ordering to Help Corporations Manage Incentive Programs

CLEO allows organizations to select a centralized account manager to oversee and approve orders for other account holders.

Instead of receiving invoices from each department and manually having to keep track of spending, detailed reporting now allows the central manager to view which account holders are placing orders, how much each account holder is spending, and what types of cards are being purchased.

To maintain cohesive branding across all departments, the central account manager can set pre-approved designs that can be used for sales incentives, employee rewards, bonus cards, loyalty rewards, safety awards, and other applications thus limiting the designs available for order by the other account holders. This allows the central manager to see which departments are ordering which types of incentive cards based on which designs are being purchased.

The central manager will also be able to limit the greeting card carrier options to a set of pre-approved designs. Instead of seeing designs from the gallery, account holders will see custom branded greeting cards with corporate artwork, creating a custom and cohesive brand across the whole product.
